Satisfied but needs help

I'm loving everything they send me. I've been subscribed to the mystery box for about 7 months now, my only issue is trying to change the length of the chains and bracelets they send me without canceling and resubscribing. Due to me being new to wearing any type of jewelry, I thought that I chose a decent length but I was wrong, being a bigger dude, it's like wearing a choker. Other than that I'm really enjoying the pieces I receive. I'm definitely going to stay subscribed!
